Damaged Goods Returns  

If you notice damage or a fault, please contact us immediately by email at support@hotbin.ch and provide a description of the problem along with photographs showing the damage clearly.  If any refunds are due to you, you will receive them within 14 days from when we agree that you are entitled to refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will accept a return and refund your purchase price. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging.  We can arrange collection, but we will deduct a fee of 30chf from your refund if we arrange collection. You are of course welcome to return the HOTBIN at your own cost and receive a full refund.
